Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: August 15, 2026

This policy covers the MindQot Founding Member purchase made on https://mindqot.com, operated by Anirudh Verma ("MindQot", "we", "us"). It applies only to that purchase. Subscriptions bought inside the MindQot app through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google under their own refund policies — see section 6.

Founding Member purchases on this website are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and the merchant of record. Paddle handles the payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, and issues your receipt. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the transaction itself.

1. What you are buying

Founding Member is a one-time payment for twelve (12) months of MindQot Premium. It is not a subscription: it does not renew, and no further payment is taken from you automatically. When the twelve months end, access to Premium features simply stops unless you separately choose to subscribe through the App Store or Google Play.

2. When your access starts

MindQot has not launched yet. A Founding Member purchase is a pre-purchase: your twelve months begin on the launch date published on this website, or on the date of your purchase if you buy after launch. The specific start and end dates that apply to your purchase are shown to you before you pay and repeated in your confirmation email.

3. Cancellation and refunds before launch

Because MindQot has not launched, you may cancel a Founding Member purchase and receive a full refund at any time before the launch date, for any reason and without giving a reason.

If launch is delayed beyond the date published at the time of your purchase, this right continues until the new launch date. If we cancel the launch entirely, we will refund every Founding Member purchase in full without requiring you to ask.

4. Refunds after launch

Once MindQot has launched and your Premium access has begun, you may request a refund within 14 days of the launch date if you have not made substantial use of the paid features. After that period, Founding Member purchases are non-refundable, because the digital service has been delivered in full for the period you paid for.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection right you have under the law that applies where you live. Where those laws give you a stronger right, that right applies.

5. How to request a refund

Email mindqot.support@gmail.com from the email address you used to purchase, and tell us you would like a refund. You do not need an order number, though including the confirmation email helps us find your purchase faster.

When a Founding Member purchase is refunded, the associated Premium access ends. If it had already been activated on a MindQot account, that account returns to the free tier.

6. Purchases made inside the app

Premium subscriptions purchased inside the MindQot app are sold by Apple or Google, not by us. We cannot issue refunds for them. Request those refunds directly from Apple or Google Play, under their refund policies.

7. Cancelled or failed payments

If a payment fails or you close the payment page before completing it, no money is taken and there is nothing to cancel. If you see a pending charge for a payment that did not complete, it is an authorisation hold placed by your bank and it is released automatically, usually within a few business days.

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, Premium access associated with that purchase is suspended while the dispute is open. We would much rather resolve it directly — please email us first.
